New Horizon Academy Employees Attend Annual Professional Development Summit

Every February, New Horizon Academy teachers and staff across Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, and Minnesota gather for a company-wide Professional Development Summit. This annual event gives employees the chance to broaden their knowledge in early childhood and strengthen their relationships with fellow team members.

“Power of Unity” was the theme of this year’s summit. More than 2,000 New Horizon Academy employees enjoyed a full day of team building, fun activities, and learning skills to create unity in the classroom.
