New Horizon Academy Area Director Named Governing Board Member of Idaho AEYC

PLYMOUTH, Minn. – Cammra Wakagawa, the area director for New Horizon Academy, received the honor of being named a governing board member of the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (Idaho AEYC).
Idaho AEYC is a part of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) which is the nation’s premier organization for early childhood accreditation and represents the mark of high quality in early childhood education. Board members must be very passionate about advancing Idaho’s early learning profession and they are essentially the voice for high quality early learning.
The governing board members serve to support, promote and facilitate the goals and objectives of Idaho AEYC. Each member who is selected serves a 2-year term beginning July 1 of the year elected and extending to June 30 of the final year of the term.
