New Horizon Academy Human Resource Director of Employee Relations and Recruitment, Kat Butler, also presented on the importance of effective employee communication for providing families with an exceptional childcare experience.
To conclude the conference, Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan came to thank early childhood providers for the important role they play in the role of children.
