New Horizon Academy Holds 16th Annual Professional Development Conference

On Monday, October 8, 2018, New Horizon Academy held their 16th Annual Professional Development Conference. Nearly 2,000 classroom and management staff attended the conference, which was filled with workshops, recognition and awards for achievement, parent testimonials, and opportunities to collaborate with one another. This year’s theme, What’s Your NHA Story?, took our teachers on an inspirational journey that reinforced the value of their chosen profession. Workshop topics included curriculum enhancements, child development research, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, food and nutrition, behavior guidance, and more.

The day was a rousing success, and we certainly appreciate the support of our community!
