When teachers join our team, they go through an in-depth training process designed to set them up for success. Our experienced Curriculum Coordinators guide new educators through our engaging curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
Teachers also receive extensive training on Conscious Discipline, our groundbreaking social-emotional curriculum. New teachers learn how to create safe, welcoming spaces within the classroom and foster the social-emotional skills that are essential for children’s development.
